Coreworx Administration/Configuration

This session begins with an overview of the Coreworx system in order to provide system administrators with an understanding of each module and how they fit together.  We go through the administrative functions in the Coreworx system such as creating the Coreworx tree view structure.  Once the tree structure is created, we look at how to set up system security.  Next we look at the notifications, reporting and audit functionality, and then later enabling a project for workflow and also enabling eForms.  This will provide participants with the skills to build their own projects and start them on their way to creating a global template allowing them to quickly set up new projects as necessary. Next we look at configuration of the Coreworx Document Management System (DMS).  Participants will learn how to set up a new archive with attributes configured to suit any project.  They learn how to create users with appropriate rights and set up security at different levels.  Once participants learn how to configure the DMS as such, they learn how to link Coreworx to the Coreworx DMS system.   This course involves discussion and consulting advice from past and current projects.  Prior to taking the Coreworx Administartion/Configuration course, participants should attend the Coreworx Basics and Document Controller courses.
