Ray Simonson, Chief Executive Officer

Ray brings a deep technology expertise in enterprise development with a proven serial entrepreneurial approach to Coreworx. His skills complement the strengths in the rest of the executive team in developing, managing and growing mid stage technology firms to a profitable exit. As a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with a 28 year of track record in mission critical enterprise technology, Ray brings a wealth of experience and skills to the management team at Coreworx. He has consistently demonstrated an ability to manage delivery and development of mission critical applications in key sectors. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of CheckFree i-Solutions from 2000 to 2004. In 1996, he co-founded Bluegill Technologies. As Chief Technology Officer, he assembled and led the development of the first XML-based internet billing application. The market success of this product led to the acquisition of Bluegill by CheckFree. Prior to his experience with Bluegill and CheckFree, Ray was in a series of senior roles focused on delivering mission critical IT systems primarily in banking and insurance, with a deep expertise in enterprise content management and web application development. Allen Boudreaux

Allen Boudreaux is Executive Vice President of the MMR Group , Inc. Prior to joining MMR Group, Inc., he was involved in directing some 20 Acquisition and completion agreements between contractors, sureties and banks, involving more than 200 projects and several hundred million in costs to complete. As a member of the American Bar Association during that time, Allen was licensed at the Federal and State Courts of Louisiana and Texas Federal Courts. He was also active in the legal community, specifically in the realm of the construction industry. He was part of the Forum Committee on the Construction Industry, Public Contract Law Section, Fidelity & Surety Committee and the American Arbitration Association and has published several articles specifically focused on contractor arbitration.

 

Steve Harapiak

Steve Harapiak has spent his entire career in the minerals industry. His experience in the uranium, potash, base metal and gold sectors spans the entire range of activity - from engineering, construction, and project management to operation of mining, milling and refining facilities. He has served in senior executive positions for major Canadian companies including Noranda, Denison Mines and Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan where he was President and CEO. His international experience includes major mineral projects in Chile, Cuba, Russia, Zambia, and also in Kazakhstan, where he served as Senior Vice President of Kazzinc, a Glencore company. Steve has been a consultant to the International Finance Corporation (World Bank Group), overseeing mining supply chain development projects in Russia. His previous directorships include Belmoral Gold Mines, Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan, Khan Resources Inc. and Software Innovation. He has served on various industry, government, professional and educational advisory boards, is a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario, and is also former president of the CIM (Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum).
